- After quenching 1.2746 steel can achieve a hardness of 52 - 54 HRC , and still maintain good hardness and mechanical strength in high temperature environments. The thermal expansion coefficient is about 11 - 13 µm/m°C, the melting point is 1370 - 1520°C, and the moderate thermal conductivity also makes it stable in processing scenarios involving temperature changes.

Due to most of clients require square and flat bars for material 1.2746, we produce size as thickness 20mm - 600mm;Width 100mm - 810mm; Length can be fixed length as customer's requirement. Or random length 3-5 meters. The price for random length bars is cheaper.
What's delivery conditions?
The delivery conditions can be Forged + annealed and Forged + QT. The surface can be Black/Peeled/Rough Turned(Rough Machined) or Grinded.(Click for more information)
What's the Hardness on annealing condition?
Our 1.2746 steel after annealing hardness can be controled within 250HB.
