1045 Carbon Steel Plate
1045(S45C) carbon steel is a high-quality carbon structural steel plate with high strength and a certain degree of deformation resistance. Sichuan Huitai produces 1045 carbon with quality assurance performance. Thickness 8-200mm.
1045 carbon is used to make small cross-section quenched and tempered parts that bear high loads, large normalized parts with low stress, and surface quenched parts that do not have high requirements for core strength, such as pins, guide pillars, watch needles, and other components.

Characteristics:
1. 1045 steel is a high-quality carbon structural steel with low hardness and easy cutting processing. After heat treatment, it can be used as templates, pins, guide pillars, and other components in mold components;
2. The parts made of 1045 steel after quenching and tempering treatment have good comprehensive mechanical properties and are widely used in various important structural parts, especially connecting rods, bolts, gears, and shafts that work under alternating loads. Due to the low surface hardness and non wear resistance of 45 # steel, quenching and tempering combined with surface quenching process can be used to improve the surface hardness of the parts;
3. 1045 mild carbon steel is widely used in mechanical manufacturing and has excellent mechanical properties. Due to the insufficient hardness of No. 45 steel, if sufficient surface hardness is required for the parts, carburizing and quenching process can be used to obtain the required surface on the surface of No. 45 steel.
