Heat treatment:

1.2346 steel heat treatment including the heating rate, soaking times, cool, these such as the different shape and size of each component. Preheat to 900°C, keep enough time, Re-heat temperature 800-1040°C and again soak for three to four hours. Allow to cool in the furnace to room temperature
