Product Introduction

1.2344 is a high-quality hot work mold steel, equivalent h13 steel. It was invented by German engineers and is widely used in fields such as molds, die-casting molds, extrusion molds, and plastic molds due to its excellent wear resistance, high strength, high-temperature stability, and good processability.

The main components of 1.2344 material are carbon, chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, silicon, etc. Among them, the carbon content is 0.35-0.45%, chromium content is 4.8-5.5%, molybdenum content is 1.0-1.5%, vanadium content is 0.9-1.1%, and silicon content is 0.8-1.2%. The reasonable ratio of these components enables 1.2344 esr steel to have extremely high wear resistance, high-temperature stability, and good processing performance.

Through heat treatment processes such as quenching and tempering, it can maintain high strength and hardness in high-temperature working environments. Widely used in the manufacturing of high demand molds and tools such as plastic molds, die-casting molds, extrusion molds, and hot work molds.
