1.2365 Hot Work Steel Plate

1.2365 steel is a kind of medium temperature hot work mould steel,which has high toughness and hardenability and excellent thermal cracking resistance.And it can be nitrided and carburized to increase its hardness of surface.

1.2365/4Cr3Mo3SiV (H10) steel, with a carbon content mass fraction of 0.4%, and a mass fraction of around 3% for both Cr and Mo. 1.2365 STEEL contains a large amount of carbide forming elements such as Cr, Mo, V, etc. It has similar toughness to 5CrNiMo steel at small cross-sections, and higher hardness, thermal strength, and wear resistance at operating temperatures of 500-600 ℃. H10 steel has excellent hardenability and high toughness, higher tempering resistance and thermal stability than H13 steel, and higher impact toughness and fracture toughness than 3Cr2W8V steel. When the tempering temperature exceeds 260 ℃, the hardness of the steel is higher than H13 steel.
4Cr3Mo3SiV (H10) steel can be used to manufacture hot extrusion molds, hot stamping molds, hot forging molds, and plastic extrusion molds, mainly used for aluminum alloy die-casting molds.
