AIS 4130 Material

AISI 4130 material is commonly used in the mechanical equipment manufacturing industry. For example; Bearing seats, steam turbines, container equipment, boiler equipment, furnace shells, etc. AISI 4130 Forged Steel Bar has good permeability and formability, and can be used for aviation parts, mechanical components, etc. In the medium-sized machinery manufacturing industry, it is mainly used to manufacture quenched and tempered parts with large cross-sections that work under high stress conditions, such as shafts, spindles, and control wheels, bolts, double head bolts, gears, etc. under high loads; Used in the chemical industry to manufacture welded parts, welded structures composed of plates and pipes, and high-pressure conduits with a temperature not exceeding 250 ℃ working in a medium containing nitrogen and hydrogen; In the manufacturing industry of steam turbines and boilers, it is used to manufacture fasteners for work below 450 ℃, flanges and flange covers under high pressure below 500 ℃.
