18Cr2Ni4WA belongs to high-strength medium alloy carburizing steel. To ensure that the content of carbide and austenite does not exceed the standard, carburizing at 900~920 ℃ after carburizing, tempering at 600~650 ℃, and cryogenic treatment can be used. The hardness after oil quenching is about 48. To reach HRC58-63, surface carburizing must be carried out.
