super duplex f61 stainless steel is a duplex stainless steel composed of 21% chromium, 2.5% molybdenum and 4.5% nickel-nitrogen alloy. It has high strength, good impact toughness and good overall and local stress corrosion resistance.
Compared with ferritic stainless steel and martensitic stainless steel, super duplex f61 stainless steel has high toughness, low brittle transition temperature, significantly improved intergranular corrosion resistance and welding performance, while retaining the high thermal conductivity of ferritic stainless steel. The coefficient of linear expansion is small, and it has some characteristics such as superplasticity. Compared with austenitic stainless steel, its strength is higher, especially the yield strength is significantly improved, and the resistance to intergranular corrosion, stress corrosion and corrosion fatigue is obvious.
