1.4545 Stainless Steel is a martensitic precipitation-hardening stainless steel that provides high strength, good corrosion resistance, good mechanical properties at temperatures up to 600°F (316°C) and good toughness in both the longitudinal and transverse directions in both base metal and welds. Short-time, low-temperature heat treatments minimize distortion and scaling.
1.4545 Stainless Steel is the ferrite stainless Steel. Material 1.4545 alloy is widely used in the aerospace, chemical, petrochemical, food processing, paper and general metalworking industries.

1.4545 Steel Application fields
1.4545 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance, water vapor corrosion resistance, chloride corrosion resistance, and resistance to heavy acid and alkali corrosion. It also has high strength and toughness. 1.4545 stainless steel is mainly used in fields such as chemical, marine, energy, and pharmaceutical industries in highly corrosive environments, such as seawater desalination equipment, chemical reactors, steam furnaces, steam turbines, food equipment, etc. 1.4545 stainless steel is also an ideal material for manufacturing corrosion-resistant components such as valves, pipelines, pumps, etc. in industries such as chemical, petroleum, natural gas, and mining.
