Production Process

The manufacturing process of 310s stainless steel:
1. Steel making: add iron, chromium, nickel and other raw materials to the furnace according to the standard 310s stainless steel chemical compositions, and the steel billets are obtained through high-temperature melting and smelting reactions.
2. Hot rolling: Heat the billet to an appropriate temperature before hot rolling to change the microstructure and shape of 310s steel.
3. Pickling and annealing: After hot rolling, 310s stainless steel plate needs to be pickled to remove surface oxides and pollutants, and annealed to eliminate residual stress and improve the machinability of the material.
4. Cold rolling: undergone acid washing and annealing treatment ,310S stainless steel plates can be cold rolled to further improve their mechanical properties and dimensional accuracy.
5. Forming: after cold rolling 310S stainless steel plate can be formed, such as cutting, bending, welding, etc.
6. Inspection and quality control: Strict inspection and quality control should be carried out on materials during the manufacturing process to ensure that their performance and quality meet the requirements.
Quality Control

Our mill inspection of 310s stainless steel plate includes:
1. High temperature resistance test: 310s stainless steel plate have to maintain good mechanical and antioxidant properties in high temperature environments, withstand cold and hot cycles at high temperatures, and is not prone to deformation and fracture.
2. Corrosion resistance test: must have excellent acid and alkali resistance, be able to resist the erosion of most organic acids, inorganic acids, and salt solutions, and be suitable for work in acidic and alkaline environments.
3. Mechanical performance testing: tensile strength, yield strength, elongation, etc.
