(1) The production of 310s stainless steel hot-rolled seamless steel pipes is achieved through a hot pressing process. The use of hot-rolled steel pipe billets includes hollow billets, solid billets, or steel ingots, which are heated and threaded into thick walled thick tubes on a piercing machine. Then, the thick walled rough pipe is rolled into the required wall thickness and accuracy on the pipe rolling machine, and then the diameter is determined, reduced, or expanded. Finally, stainless steel seamless pipes are produced through cooling and finishing.
Note: Hot pressing process is mainly used for producing stainless steel pipes, while extrusion process is used for producing non-ferrous metals, rare metals, precious metals, and special-purpose shaped pipes
(2) Production of 310s stainless steel pipes through cold pressing: Cold pressing mainly refers to cold-rolled pipes and cold drawn pipes
(3) The production method of 310s stainless steel welded pipe is to bend the billet (steel plate and strip) into the desired tubular shape, and then weld it into pipes using different welding methods.
