It has excellent tensile and fatigue functions from low temperature to 980 ℃, excellent processing and welding functions, excellent corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, and stress corrosion resistance in salt spray atmosphere. Therefore, Inconel625/alloy625 can be widely used in the production of aviation engine components, aerospace structural components, and chemical equipment.

2.4856/Inconel625 Features:
The 2.4856/Inconel625 alloy has a low corrosion rate whether in the ocean or in the ocean. It has good resistance to seawater corrosion, various salt solutions corrosion, and excellent corrosion resistance to HNO3 and H3PO4. It also has considerable resistance to HCl and low concentration H2SO4 heated below the boiling point. After long-term use at 550-700 ℃, the alloy exhibits age hardening, which can lead to a slight decrease in the plasticity of Inconel625/alloy625 alloy.

2.4856/Inconel625 is processed for welding: This alloy has a high temperature deformation resistance, with a general processing temperature of 1170 degrees Celsius, large deformation ranging from 1010 to 1170 degrees Celsius, and micro deformation can be carried out above 930 degrees Celsius. The cold working and cold forming operation is outstanding. Heat treatment generally ranges from 1093 to 1204 degrees. Excellent welding function.
