Diam > or equal to 12mm WATER (20 TO 30 C )

 

Diam < or equal to 12MM OIL (50 TO 60 C)

 

HARDNESS AFTER TEMPER : 64 – 66 RC

 

TEMPERED AND QUENCHED : WE SUGGEST TO TREAT PIECES IMMEDIATELY AFTER FAST COOLING TO ELIMINATE TEMPER STRESS.

 

QUENCHED TEMPER : CHANGE FROM 100 TO 400 C DEPENDING ASKED HARDNESS ON STATUS OF USE.

(1) With excellent machinability, hardened, the size is extremely stable, hardened, the surface has a very high hardness.

(2) With high toughness, so excellent anti-wear ability and easy forging and quenching.
