Inconel718 is an iron-nickel-chromium-based precipitation hardening deformation high-temperature alloy. The long-term use temperature range is -253 ~ 650℃, and the short-term use temperature is 800℃. It has high strength and toughness below 650℃, and is in high and low temperature environments. It has oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, as well as excellent production and processing performance, electric welding performance and long-term mechanical stability, and its state can be solid solution treatment or precipitation hardening state. The unique formula of Inconel 718 improves the strength and corrosion resistance, and at the same time has simple machinability and ease of welding. Inconel718 alloy has been used to produce rings, blades, standard parts and structural parts in the aviation, aerospace engineering and energy industries.
