36nicrmo16 equivalent to grade 1.6773. It is a nickel chromium molybdenum alloy steel defined as self hardening, which presents a hardened structure (martensite) and is used for simple air cooling. It has the ability to resist fatigue and torsion. Has elasticity in low temperature environments.
36NiCrMo16 Steel Round Bars can be used to manufacture parts that need to withstand high stress and fatigue loads, such as in aerospace, automotive, petrochemical and other fields. The high strength and toughness of this material enable it to effectively resist various forms of corrosion and wear.

Initial Forging Temperature:1200-1220℃

Final Forging Temperature:850℃

Heating Rate:Strictly control the heating speed, which should be uniform and stable to prevent cracking caused by improper heating.

Holding Time:Ensure that the material is fully and evenly heated,and the holding time should not be too long or too short.

Forging Ratio:above 4:1

Post-Forging Treatment:36NiCrMo16 steel is highly sensitive to white spots, and should be in the furnace for dehydrogenation treatment in time after forging.
