X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 steel has good forging property, hardenability, oxidation resistance, weldability, and durability. It is the material of choice for the main components of heavy-duty gas turbines - turbine discs.

X12CrMoWVNbN10-1-1 Material properties:
It has good creep rupture strength at 600 ℃, and the creep rupture strength for 100000 h is about 90-100MPa.

• High enough room temperature strength, with a lower yield strength limit of 700 MPa.
• Good creep plasticity (elongation at rupture>10%) and no creep notch sensitivity.
• Enough good hardenability to harden rotor forgings with a diameter of 1.2 m.
