04Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel Mechanical properties:
-Tensile strength: ≥ 790 MPa
-Yield strength: ≥ 620 MPa
-Elongation rate: ≥ 45%
-Hardness: ≤ 187 HB
The following methods can be used for heat treatment of 04Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel:
-Solution annealing: Insulation is carried out within the temperature range of 900-1100 ° C, and then cooled to room temperature to eliminate stress and improve toughness.
-Quenching: Insulation is carried out at a high temperature of 1050-1150 ° C, followed by rapid cooling to achieve high hardness and corrosion resistance.
-Tempering: Heating and insulation are carried out in the medium and low temperature range, and then cooling to room temperature to reduce the brittleness caused by quenching and improve toughness.

-Chemical equipment: Due to its excellent corrosion resistance, 04Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel is commonly used in the manufacturing of chemical storage tanks, pipelines, valves, and heat exchangers.
-Marine equipment: Due to its resistance to chloride ion corrosion, 04Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel is suitable for manufacturing ship components and seawater treatment equipment in marine environments.
-Medical devices: 04Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel is also commonly used in the manufacturing of medical devices, surgical instruments, and artificial joints.
