300M steel is a high-quality alloy structural steel with high strength, high toughness and excellent fatigue performance, which plays an important role in aerospace, machinery manufacturing and other fields.
300M Alloy Steel Performance Characteristics
(I) High strength
After proper heat treatment, the tensile strength can reach 1860-2000MPa, and the yield strength can reach 1480-1620MPa, which enables it to withstand extreme load conditions.
(II) High toughness
While maintaining high strength, it maintains good toughness and has a high fracture toughness value, which can effectively resist crack expansion and fracture, and improve the reliability and safety of the structure.
(III) Excellent fatigue performance

Application fields
(I) Aerospace
Widely used in key parts such as aircraft landing gear, wing structures, engine components, etc., providing reliable material guarantee for the safe flight of aircraft.
(II) Mechanical manufacturing
Used in manufacturing heavy-duty transmission shafts, gears, high-strength bolts and other parts, and performs well under high-speed and heavy-load working conditions.
(III) Automobile industry

1. Aircraft landing gear: In the manufacturing of landing gear for civil and military aircraft, 300M round steel is often used to make the main load-bearing parts of the landing gear, such as pillars, beams, etc. For example, the key structural parts of the landing gear of Boeing 737, Airbus A320 and other series of passenger aircraft and F-16, Su-27 and other fighters.
