d6ac Steel

D6AC(45CrNiMo1V) steel is an alloy, ultra-high strength steel with excellent performance, mainly used to produce various types of solid engine casings. The chemical composition of D6AC alloy steel includes elements such as carbon C, silicon Si, phosphorus P, sulfur S, manganese Mn, chromium Cr, nickel Ni, molybdenum Mo, and vanadium V. The combination of these elements makes D6AC resistant to corrosion and has excellent corrosion resistance. The tensile strength of D6AC alloy steel (Rm/MPa) is ≥1520, and the section shrinkage rate (Z/%) is ≥35. These outstanding mechanical performance indicators make D6AC steel able to withstand high stress and deformation.
