1Cr11Ni2W2MoV is a Chinese GJB national military standard steel grade, belonging to heat-resistant stainless steel and aviation steel. This steel is made by adding a large amount of tungsten W, molybdenum Mo, vanadium V and other ferrite forming elements that reduce the austenite phase zone in low-carbon 12% Cr steel, which enhances the martensitic transformation hardening ability and the new type of martensitic heat-resistant stainless steel. It has excellent comprehensive mechanical properties and has been widely used in the aviation industry to manufacture important components such as engine blades, discs, and shafts that operate below 600 ℃.
