2. Features and applications:
1.4923 alloy steel has good corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and toughness at high temperatures, making it suitable for manufacturing mechanical parts, furnaces, and heat exchangers that work at high temperatures. In addition, the material also has good oxidation resistance and thermal fatigue resistance.

3. Heat treatment process:
The heat treatment process of 1.4923 alloy steel includes annealing, normalizing, and quenching and tempering. The annealing temperature is 720-760 ℃, the holding time is 2-4 hours, and then it cools naturally. The normalizing temperature is 950-1000 ℃, the insulation time is 1 hour, and then it is cooled in air. The quenching temperature is 980-1020 ℃, and the quenching medium is oil or water. After quenching, tempering treatment is carried out, with a tempering temperature of 680-720 ℃ and a holding time of 2 hours.
