2. Features and applications:
1.4923 alloy steel has good corrosion resistance, high-temperature strength, and toughness at high temperatures, making it suitable for manufacturing mechanical parts, furnaces, and heat exchangers that work at high temperatures. 3. Heat treatment process:
The heat treatment process of 1.4923 alloy steel includes annealing, normalizing, and quenching and tempering. The annealing temperature is 720-760 ℃, the holding time is 2-4 hours, and then it cools naturally. The normalizing temperature is 950-1000 ℃, the insulation time is 1 hour, and then it is cooled in air. The quenching temperature is 980-1020 ℃, and the quenching medium is oil or water. After quenching, tempering treatment is carried out, with a tempering temperature of 680-720 ℃ and a holding time of 2 hours.
