2.4856 Due to its low carbon content and stable heat treatment, there is still no sensitization tendency even after 50 hours of high-temperature insulation at 650-900 ℃. The supply status is softened and annealed, and its application scope includes wet corrosion environments, and it has been applied to pressure vessels at temperatures ranging from -196 to 450 ℃.
Characteristics
1. 2.4856 steel has excellent corrosion resistance to various corrosive media in oxidizing and reducing environments.
2. Excellent resistance to spot corrosion and crevice corrosion, and no stress corrosion cracking caused by lv compounds.
3. Excellent resistance to acid corrosion, such as Xiao acid, Yan acid, and a mixture of Liu acid and Yan acid.
4. Excellent resistance to corrosion from various inorganic acid mixed solutions.
5. When the temperature reaches 40 ℃, it can exhibit good corrosion resistance in various concentrations of yanic acid solutions.
6. Good processability and weldability, without sensitivity to post weld cracking.
7. Manufacturing certification for pressure vessels with wall temperatures ranging from -196 to 450 ℃.
8. Certified by the American Society of Corrosion Engineers (MR-01-75) to meet high standards for use in acidic gas environments
