The correct process specification for the final heat treatment of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV Forged Steel Rings is: 850 ℃ preheating (depending on the furnace load)+(1010 ± 10) ℃ quenching/oil cooling+(550-570) ℃ tempering/air cooling. 1) The higher the quenching heating temperature of quenched 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel, the more carbides dissolve. When heated to 1000 ℃, all carbides have already dissolved. If the heating temperature is too high, excessive carbides will be produced δ- F. Deteriorates the performance of steel (mainly due to a decrease in strength, toughness, fatigue, and creep properties). Therefore, the quenching heating temperature should be such that sufficient austenitization is achieved while only producing a small amount of δ- F is the principle, and (1000~1020) ℃ is the most suitable temperature. The steel has good hardenability and hardenability,<? φ 200mm workpieces can be quenched thoroughly, so for thin-walled parts similar to aviation engine blade blanks, in order to avoid deformation and cracking defects caused by excessive cooling speed, oil cooling quenching has a better effect. 2) The tempering of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel blades is a very important process that will have a significant impact on the final mechanical properties. The difficulty of the tempering process is that the steel has two temper brittle zones ((350~530) ℃ and (600~670) ℃). The appropriate tempering temperature range is very narrow, and a slight deviation can cause a decrease in the impact toughness of the steel, so caution should be exercised during operation. According to the working conditions of 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel blades, the optimal comprehensive mechanical properties can be obtained by selecting a tempering temperature of 550-570 ℃.
