Product Introduction
1.2083 Plastic Mold Steel is a stainless martensitic steel with a high hardenability, good polishing properties, excellent resistance to corrosion and hot oxidation.
Its applications are plastic moulds, particularly for acid aggressive plastics (e.g. acetate and PVC), or plastics containing abrasive fillers.
GB standard 4Cr13 die/tool steel properties high hardness after quenching than 3crl3 some corrosion resistance. use for the cutting tools, nozzle, value seats and so on. 1crl7Ni2 characteristics and strong resistance to nitric acid corrosion. Use of high hardness and high wear resistance for the heat pumps, valves, valve bearings, medical equipment, springs and other parts.
