Product Introduction

Introduction:

China is one of the world’s leading manufacturers of steel, and their production of steel is of top-notch quality. With the boom in the Chinese manufacturing industry, many manufacturers are looking out for distributors in different countries. If you are a steel bar manufacturer in China and searching for means to introduce your products to merchants outside China, then you have come to the right place. Here we will guide you on how to introduce your product, DIN 1.2419 Cold Work Tool Steel Bar, to foreign merchants.

About DIN 1.2419 Cold Work Tool Steel Bar:

DIN 1.2419 is a cold work tool steel bar made up of a combination of chromium and molybdenum, with a carbon content of 1.05-1.20%. The alloy composition of DIN 1.2419 has excellent wear resistance, toughness, and hardness, making it ideal for various applications such as cutting tools, stamping dies, and other precision tool-making. It has an excellent response to heat treatment and surface finish, making it a perfect material for industrial application.

What makes DIN 1.2419 Cold Work Tool Steel Bar Different?

Here are some aspects that make DIN 1.2419 Cold Work Tool Steel Bar different:

1. High Wear Resistance: The addition of molybdenum and chromium makes the alloy highly wear-resistant, perfect for applications that require intense cutting or stamping, like making tools or dies.

2. Toughness: Unlike other materials, DIN 1.2419 can absorb the blow of impact, and this does not affect its properties. This feature is beneficial for applications that need to absorb high levels of stress or pressure.

3. Hardness: DIN 1.2419 has excellent hardness, with a Rockwell C Scale (HRC) of between 58-60. This feature is perfect for applications that require resistance to deformation or bending of material, for instance, cutting blades.

4. Easy to work with: DIN 1.2419 is easy to machine, making it ideal for industrial applications where machining is an essential aspect of the production process.

Advantages of DIN 1.2419 over Other Materials:

1. DIN 1.2419 has a high wear resistance than other alloys, meaning it lasts longer than other materials.

2. DIN 1.2419 has excellent toughness, which makes it the perfect solution for applications that require high flexibility.

3. The excellent hardness of DIN 1.2419 is what makes it ideal for cutting and forming processes.

How to Use DIN 1.2419:

DIN 1.2419 is suitable for various applications, including cutting tools, stamping dies, and other precision tool-making. The material is perfect for making tools like tap drills, punches, dies, and milling cutters. It’s also ideal for cutting applications like scissors, surgical knives, and razors.

Longevity of DIN 1.2419:

DIN 1.2419 Cold Work Tool Steel Bar has excellent wear resistance, toughness, and hardness, which makes it highly durable. The material also maintains its cutting edge for a more extended period, hence reducing downtime.

Conclusion:

In conclusion, DIN 1.2419 Cold Work Tool Steel Bar is an excellent material for various industrial applications. Its wear resistance, toughness, and hardness make it perfect for cutting tools, stamping dies, and other precision tool-making. So, as a manufacturer, making it known to merchants outside China is an excellent idea. You can emphasize its unique features such as high wear resistance, toughness, and hardness to attract merchants. Highlighting its advantages over other materials and showing merchants how it could benefit their businesses would also be ideal. Finally, make sure to demonstrate how the material can be used and its longevity, which makes it an excellent investment.

Products Description

1.2419 steel is the most commonly used high carbon alloy tool steel for mold making.1.2419 steel has high hardenability. As tungsten forms tungsten carbide, this steel has more excess carbide, higher hardness and wear resistance than chromium steel and 1.2607 Steel. In addition, tungsten also helps to preserve fine grains, which makes the steel obtain better toughness. Therefore, the cutting tool made of CrWMn steel has less edge breaking phenomenon and can better maintain the shape and size of the edge.

1.2419 Steel Characteristics:

1.2419 steel is a widely used cold work die steel, known as "unchangeable steel", but it is sensitive to form network carbides. It is mainly used for cutting tools (such as broaches, long taps, long reamers, special milling cutters) and measuring tools (such as dies, block gauges, gauges, sample columns, sample sleeves) with small deformation and complex shape when quenching, as well as high-precision cold stamping dies with small section and complex shape.
