Products Description
39NiCrMo3 steel equivalent as 1.6510 steel, is a chromium-nickel-molybdenum alloy steel that offers high strength, toughness, excellent properties after quenching and tempering heat treatment, as well as good resistance to overheating. However, it is sensitive to white spotting and can exhibit temper brittleness.
39NiCrMo3 steel is generally used to manufacture important components with high strength and good plasticity, and after nitriding it can be used to produce important parts with special properties such as shafts, gears, fasteners, etc. Weldability is poor, requiring preheating prior to welding, and stress relief treatment after welding. After quenching and tempering, this steel can be used in a variety of applications requiring high strength and toughness.
