SUS 321 austenitic stainless steel pipe have good corrosion resistance in many applications. For example, the corrosion rate of these steels is below 0.10 mm/year in the following medium:
-acetic acid, 20%, 800 degrees Celsius.
-90% formic acid at -200 c.
-phosphoric acid, 20%, 600 degrees Celsius.
-20% nitric acid, 500 degrees Celsius.
-90% sulfuric acid, 200C.
