Mn13 steel plate belongs to austenitic steel and is non magnetic. It is a high manganese steel plate with good wear resistance.
Mn13 wear-resistant steel plate is mainly used in mining, coal mining machinery, cement, excavators, various loading and unloading truck bottoms, mixers, crushing machines, and other parts. Mn13 not only has high strength and hardness, but also has excellent low-temperature impact toughness, welding performance, machining performance, and forming performance.

Mn13 steel plate can maintain stable austenite in various states and has very low magnetic permeability. Due to the cold work hardening phenomenon of high manganese steel, cutting is relatively difficult, and high-temperature annealing process is required to change the particle size, morphology, and distribution of carbides, thereby significantly improving the cutting performance of non magnetic steel. The use of gas nitrocarburizing heat treatment process can further improve the surface hardness of steel, increase wear resistance, and prolong the service life of the mold. Steel itself does not have it, it does when it comes close to magnetic objects. There are two other methods: one is to use steel to rub against the steel or to grind on the cement floor for a longer time.
