1.4571 Stainless Steel Material

1.4571 is an austenitic stainless steel with high corrosion resistance and high-temperature strength. 1.4571 can improve welding performance through means such as microalloying and controlling cooling rate to meet the manufacturing needs of complex structures.

1.4571Stainless steel material is widely used in the nuclear industry due to its high resistance to radiation damage and long service life. The corresponding domestic and international equivalent grades of 1.4571 are: UNS S31635; EN 1.4571; JIS SUS316Ti; 0Cr18Ni12Mo3Ti. The creep performance of 1.4571 in high-temperature environments is influenced by alloy elements and heat treatment processes, and studying these factors can help improve high-temperature creep performance.

1.4571 Stainless Steel Material

The welding performance of 1.4571 depends on its composition, welding method, and welding parameters. Proper selection can achieve excellent welding results. The specific chemical composition of 1.4571 is: C: ≤ 0.08, Si: ≤ 1.00, Mn: ≤ 2.00, P: ≤ 0.045, S: ≤ 0.015, Cr: 17.00-19.00, Ni: 9.00-12.00, Mo: 2.00-2.50, Ti: 5C-0.70. The surface of 1.4571 can be anodized to form a dense oxide film, improving corrosion resistance and scratch resistance.

During the hot working process, it is necessary to control the heating temperature and insulation time to prevent overheating, oxidation, and structural inequality. Mechanical properties of 1.4571: tensile strength 520 MPa, yield strength 210 MPa, elongation 45%. The antioxidant performance of 1.4571 in high-temperature environments is influenced by factors such as temperature, oxidation time, and surface state.

In summary, 1.4571 stainless steel material has a beautiful appearance and good oxidation resistance. 1.4571 stainless steel also has good resistance to intergranular corrosion and can maintain stable corrosion resistance during the welding process.
