Hastelloy C-22 alloy is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with better overall properties than other existing nickel-chromium-molybdenum alloys like HASTELLOY C-276, C4 alloy and 625 alloy. alloy c22 seamless pipe has good resistance to pitting corrosion, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking, and also has excellent resistance to oxidative aqueous media, including wet chlorine, nitric acid or oxidizing mixed acids containing chloride ions.

We have production lines from vacuum smelting, electroslag remelting, forging, to hot rolled, machining, heat treatment, cold rolled, cold drawn, etc. The main equipment includes 1T vacuum smelting furnace, 0.6T vacuum consumable furnace, 0.5T to 3T electroslag remelting furnace, 5T electrohydraulic hammer, 2T forging air hammer, etc.
