1. Comprehensive corrosion resistance

What aspects should be paid attention to when using Alloy 825 tubing?
1. Processing and welding:
Appropriate tools and process parameters should be used during processing to avoid work hardening and excessive heat input, which will cause damage to material properties.
When welding, it is necessary to select appropriate welding materials and welding processes, and strictly control the welding heat input to prevent the performance degradation of the welding heat affected zone and the occurrence of welding defects. Before welding, the pipe needs to be cleaned and pretreated to remove impurities such as oil and oxides on the surface; during welding, gas protection should be paid attention to prevent oxidation; after welding, appropriate heat treatment is required to eliminate welding residual stress and improve the performance of the welded joint.
2. Corrosion environment assessment:
