M42 High Speed Steel

After proper heat treatment, the hardness of M42 high-speed steel can reach 66-69 HRC, which enables it to maintain the sharpness and stability of the blade during the cutting process and extend the service life of the tool. In addition, it can still maintain high hardness and strength in high-temperature environments, and can effectively resist wear and deformation during high-speed cutting, and is suitable for high-speed cutting and high-temperature cutting conditions.

Chemical Composition%:

The main chemical components of M42 high speed steel include carbon (C), tungsten (W), molybdenum (Mo), chromium (Cr), vanadium (V), cobalt (Co) and other elements.
