The difference between 1215ms free cutting steel and ordinary 1215 free cutting steel is that the chemical elements in 1215ms free cutting steel have higher sulfur and magnesium content. The increase in the content of sulfur and manganese elements reduces the hardness of the material and increases its cutting performance. Make 1215ms steel easier to cut during the machining process and highlight its ease of cutting.

The main components of 1215ms steel are Carbon, Manganese, and Sulfur.The higher sulfur content improves the cutting performance of sae 1215ms material. The hardness of 1215 steel is around 135-180HBW, with good machinability and a smooth machining surface. 1215ms steel density is 7.85g/cm ³, which is similar to ordinary steel materials.

 Port:Any Chinese Port

• 20 feet container: when the bar length within 5.8 meters, will arrange shipping by 20 feet container, load 25 ton/per container.
• 40 feet container: when the bar length within 11.5 meters, will shipping by 40 feet containers, load 25 tons/per container.
• Bulk Vessel: when the bar length over 11.5 meters, and quantity is big, will shipping by Bulk Vessel, the freight is cheap in this way.
