Products Description
1.2379 tool steel is a high carbon high chromium air hardening Tool steel, which can be heat treated to 60-62 HRC. Due to the large amount of carbides in the microstructure, 1.2379 steel has excellent wear resistance and wear resistance. 1.2379 steel is widely used in long-term production cold working applications that require very high wear resistance and high compressive strength. It can be processed in the annealed state and, like other air hardened Tool steel, shows the smallest deformation in the heat treatment. 1.2379 tool steel has decarburized round steel, flat steel, and square steel, as well as ground flat steel and drill rods.
