Production Process
The production process of 316ti stainless steel plate mainly includes steps as melting, continuous casting, hot rolling, cold rolling, annealing, etc.
-Melting raw materials at high temperatures, removing impurities and gases,obtain pure molten steel.
-Continuously cast molten steel into steel billets with specified dimensions and shapes.
-Heat steel billets to high temperatures and roll them to obtain steel plates with a certain thickness and width.
-Cold rolling at room temperature to further thin the steel plate and improve its surface quality.
-Annealing process is heating the 316ti stainless steel plate to a certain temperature, followed by insulation and slow cooling to eliminate internal stress and improve its plasticity and toughness.
