• Acid medium: Monel400 is corrosion resistant in sulfuric acid with a concentration of less than 85%.Monel 400 Wire is one of the few important materials in hydrofluoric acid resistance.
• Water corrosion: Monel400 alloy not only has excellent corrosion resistance in most cases of water corrosion, but also is seldom found with hole corrosion, stress corrosion, etc. The corrosion rate is less than 0.025mm/a.
• High temperature corrosion: Monel400 continuous work in air generally at about 600 ℃, the highest temperature in the high temperature steam, corrosion rate is less than 0.026 mm/a.
• Ammonia:Due to Monel400 contains high nickel alloy content, monel 400 wire can be used below 585 ℃ anhydrous ammonia and ammoniation under the condition of corrosion.

• Diameter 0.01-1.2mm:

monel 400 wire is packied in spool warpped with plastic film put into carton then put on the wodden pallet.
One spool can put into 0.5/1/1.5/3/5/15/20 kgs wire accord to wire size.
