Characteristics of 1.3343 high-speed steel

1.3343 high-speed steel contains a large number of small particles, abnormally hard and uniformly distributed carbides, which are formed by the combination of high carbon content and a large number of carbide-forming elements such as chromium, molybdenum, tungsten, and vanadium. The carbide structure of 1.3343 high-speed steel is fine, neat, well distributed, and uniform, so its wear resistance and toughness are relatively balanced. It is widely used in the manufacturing of wear-resistant and impact resistant tools for strong cutting, advanced stamping dies, screw dies, and tools that require toughness.
